30-Day Returns
If you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Email us at hello@petvito.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@petvito.com and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed.
Non-Returnable Items
Treats and consumable products cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons.
